Father's Day

This photo was taken in August, 1981 when I was eighteen months old and Dad still had brown hair.

I love you, Dad.

  4. How darling. Your dad has kind eyes. I know that sounds silly. But some people just have a genuine look about them. He has that.

Kate: We just may be! Haha, the eighties, such a terrible time for fashion.

Kate: Thanks! I still do have the curls :) They aren't that colour anymore though.

Jo: Thanks :) He is kind. I measure every guy against him.

Rhiannon, Valerie, Carrie: Thank you, ladies! :)

  9. Anna: Thank you :)

Naina: Every now and then, I sit down and look through the old photos. I think they mean more, the older you get.

Yes-I love looking back at old photos...so nostalgic. Lately I have been looking at pictures of my daughter and cannot believe how quickly the past 3 years has gone by. Sometimes life seems to go too fast and I feel I need to slow down and just savor and appreciate the moments. I really think of old pictures as treasured art. they stay with you forever and you just continue to appreciate and love them even more over time.
